Polish marketplace for dietary supplements (iHerb parsing, Baselinker)
Challenge
A Polish entrepreneur wanted to launch a dietary supplements store in the Polish market. The idea was to source products from iHerb (catalog of 30,000+ SKUs), translate them, and sell in Poland. It was essential to quickly launch the store with proper localization and automated logistics.
Solution
We utilized the ready-made Deals OCTemplates template for a quick start, but customized 40% of the code to meet the client's requirements. We developed an iHerb parser that retrieves product cards along with descriptions, reviews, specifications, and photos. We added automatic translation from UA/EN to PL via the DeepL API (with manual verification). We integrated Baselinker, a Polish logistics automation service for marketplaces. Through Baselinker, the store automatically manages orders, purchases, and deliveries.
