1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how the website white-label.com.ua (the “Site”, “we”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data of visitors and users (the “User”, “you”).

By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact details you provide via forms on the Site: name, phone, email, Telegram / Viber.
  • Project information you include in your message: task description, links, files.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, OS, referral source, pages visited. Collected automatically via Google Analytics and server logs.
  • Cookies for remembering settings, analytics and retargeting.

3. How we use the data

  • Contact you in response to an inquiry.
  • Prepare a commercial proposal and discuss the project.
  • Sign a contract and perform work under the contract.
  • Analyze Site traffic and improve content and UX.
  • Send service messages (progress, release, updates). We do not send promotional newsletters.

4. How we store the data

Data is stored on hosting provider servers in Europe (EU). We apply technical and organizational safeguards: HTTPS encryption, limited access to data, regular software updates.

Retention is no longer than needed for processing purposes: contact data up to 3 years after the last communication, technical logs up to 12 months.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except:

  • Analytics services (Google Analytics) in anonymized form.
  • When required by law enforcement authorities under Ukrainian law.

6. Your rights

Under Ukraine’s Personal Data Protection Law and the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Obtain information about which of your data is stored.
  • Request correction, update or deletion of data.
  • Withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
