Why OpenCart, not a builder or a “business card with a PDF price list”

Can we start a store without prepayment?
Yes, in the Start package: theme/responsive layout, catalog, one payment (LiqPay / WayForPay / Monobank), Nova Poshta, import, basic SEO setup — without complex APIs or migration. After the brief we’ll say honestly if the budget won’t cover your scope.
How long does store launch take?
Start package usually takes 10–15 working days. Delays come from unfinished price lists and photos, missing merchant API keys, SKU count and your feedback speed. We fix the calendar before start.
What happens to SEO when migrating from Horoshop, Prom, Tilda?
We migrate products, customers and important URLs, and set a 301 redirect map. Without redirects, rankings often drop within 2–4 weeks. After launch we check indexation, payments and shipping labels.
What's included in the 30-day warranty?
Bug fixes in delivered features (checkout, payments, delivery, import within the stage). New modules and features are a separate stage or support after the contract. Contract required; NDA on request.
OpenCart or WooCommerce — which should I choose?
Large catalog, Ukrainian logistics and a dedicated store — OpenCart. Small assortment on an existing corporate WordPress — WooCommerce can work. If unsure, share SKU count and carriers — we’ll recommend a stack.
