ocStore real estate platform with Realtsoft API
Challenge
The real estate agency used the Realtsoft CRM to manage properties (3,000+ apartments, houses, commercial real estate). They needed a public website with search functionality, filters, property listings, and automatic synchronization with the CRM, so agents wouldn't duplicate work across two systems.
Solution
We chose ocStore as the foundation (affordable hosting, stable ecosystem). We developed custom import modules using the Realtsoft API with real-time synchronization: when an agent adds a property to the CRM, it appears on the site within 2-3 minutes. We implemented advanced filters (price, area, district, rooms, property type), search by listing number, and a saved search system for buyers.

Outcome
