Frequently Asked Questions

Does it work with WooCommerce and without it?

Yes. On standard WordPress, we send submissions from forms. On WooCommerce, we add orders, products, customers, and statuses.

Which form plugins are supported?

Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Forms, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms. We can customize for non-standard plugins.

Can leads be filtered before entering the CRM?

Yes. In the settings, you can set conditions based on the form, type, or source. Spam is automatically filtered out using Honeypot and reCAPTCHA.

How does it behave when the CRM is unavailable?

It queues retry attempts (up to 10 times), provides detailed logs, and notifies the admin. Nothing gets lost.
