    How to transfer a site from Wix when it locks the code?

    Wix does not allow export, but the site can be read from public pages. We parse the HTML, gather content, images, and structure. We export the blog and products (if there are Wix Stores) via the Wix Dashboard in CSV format.

    Can we keep the URL?

    If pretty URLs are used, then yes. If Wix generates complex URLs, we create 301 redirects and pretty URLs from scratch.

    Will Google rankings drop?

    Not with a proper transfer. We prepare a redirect map and retain meta tags. Often, sites see an increase in rankings after moving from Wix to WordPress because the speed improves.

    How long does the transfer take?

    A business card or blog takes 7 to 14 days. A large site can take up to 21 days. A Wix Stores shop may take up to 30 days.
