  • Task assessment is free You describe the task - I return with an estimate of time and cost. No obligations.
  • Start after your confirmation I only begin work after you approve the estimate. No surprises along the way.
  • Minimum billing: 15 minutes Time is billed in 15-minute increments. If a fix takes 5 minutes, it will be billed as 15 minutes of work.
  • Payment upon completion You pay when the task is completed and accepted. For new clients - 50% upfront payment.
  • Timeline: 2–5 business days The timeline depends on the complexity of the task. We agree on this at the start.

  • First month - 20% discount First month payment is $256 instead of $320. After that - full price.
  • Minimum term: 3 months Stable team support requires consistency. After 3 months - free choice.
  • Telegram channel for the team Adding to the group chat - your employees write directly, without intermediaries.
  • Response within 4 hours (business hours) Priority processing. Questions during business hours do not remain unanswered for long.
  • Consultations - free of charge Responses to questions verbally do not count. If something needs to be done manually - that counts as a task and is billed from the first minute.
  • Priority over other clients Your tasks are processed first in the queue.
  • Large tasks - by estimate If the task exceeds the package, we evaluate separately and agree.

How is the task evaluated?

You describe the task - I analyze it and get back to you with time and cost. The evaluation is free, and work starts only after your confirmation.

What if I exceed the package hours?

I will notify you in advance. You can pay extra for the additional hours ($10–30/hour) or roll over tasks to the next month - we will decide together.

How quickly do you take on a task?

For tasks - 1–3 business days. With a support package - the next business day. With a team package - up to 4 hours during business hours.

How many employees can write?

In the 'Team Support' plan - no limits. I add all necessary people to the Telegram channel. The number of questions is covered by the package hours.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, starting from the beginning of the next month. If the number of tasks increases - upgrade, if it decreases - downgrade or switch to a task-based format.

What payment methods are available?

Transfer to a card (PrivatBank, monobank) or an individual entrepreneur account. For tasks - after completion (new clients - 50% prepayment). Package - at the beginning of the month.
